Sanctuary for Life offers Sovereignty Circles, silent online intentional small group spaces, where we come together in compassionate presence for self and others. As with all our offerings, in this online heart space, our FYRN approach creates a cohesive well-being narrative. 

Come as you are, cameras and microphones are switched off, all you have to do is to commit to showing up for yourself for half an hour and join 7 other souls who have also chosen to do so to. In coming together with others the magnitude of your intention is amplified and you are held and supported in compassionate presence and guided through the immersion into silence and finding your heart song.
